As a subrecipient of federal funds through the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), the MPO submits Title VI reports to MassDOT to demonstrate compliance with the Federal Transit Administration’s Title VI Program every three years and compliance with Federal Highway Administration’s Title VI/Nondiscrimination Program each year.
